How it works

Five steps. No treasure hunt.

The website, account and Hire Desk now follow the same route from booking to return.

1

Choose & book

Pick the equipment, dates and times. The booking page checks availability and updates the total.

2

Pay securely

Pay the hire price online. No standard giant deposit waiting to mug your bank balance.

3

Verify identity

The named hirer completes the required identity check before equipment can be handed over.

4

Collect & use

Use the Hire Desk at collection. The handover is recorded and your return timer starts.

5

Return & check-in

Record the return through the Hire Desk. Lakeside checks the equipment before it goes back into stock.
