Customers may collect selected equipment at a confirmed time and location. Collection is by appointment only and the equipment will only be released after the handover checks are complete.
The same basic process applies whether the equipment is delivered or collected.
Booking details, identity and approved handover location are checked.
Condition, controls, accessories and visible marks are reviewed and recorded.
Equipment must be loaded, secured and carried in a suitable vehicle.
The customer is shown the QR code, controls and essential safety information.
Supplied items, return time and customer acceptance are confirmed.
The named customer must attend unless another arrangement has been approved.
Required ID must match the customer and booking information.
Equipment must fit safely and remain properly secured during transport.
Delivery routes and loading areas must be safe, clear and reasonably accessible.
Late arrival may reduce the available handover time or require rearrangement.
Early warning gives the best chance of rearranging without further disruption.
Customers collecting equipment will have a 30-minute grace period after the agreed collection time. After that period, the appointment may be treated as missed and rearrangement may be required. Repeated delays or missed appointments may affect future bookings.
Exact routes, postcodes, charges and availability will be confirmed before launch.
Delivery will be arranged around practical local routes rather than promising every location at every time. Available options and charges will be shown before the customer confirms the booking.
Equipment will not be left unattended. Where a customer is absent, cannot provide suitable identification or has not provided safe access, the handover may be cancelled and rearrangement charges may apply.
