I am 18 or over, I am the named hirer, and I will complete any required identity or collection authentication before the equipment is released. I am responsible for the equipment and accessories, including loss, theft or damage, until Lakeside accepts them back. I will not tamper with security/GPS tracking or take equipment outside Lakeside’s 30-mile limit without written permission. I will use the equipment safely for its intended purpose, follow the supplied instructions, stop if it appears unsafe or faulty, and report problems promptly. I will return everything on time, reasonably clean and complete. If it remains unreturned more than 30 minutes after the agreed return time, an additional normal day rate may become due, and reasonable cleaning, missing-item or separately evidenced loss charges may apply. I have read and agree to the Lakeside Handy Hire Agreement v1.2. I understand the agreement, including the cancellation terms that apply to my booking, forms part of this hire together with the equipment, hire dates, price and these five statements.
